Always plan your day the night before.
Take your planner or your favourite app and write down how your ideal day is going to be. You should plan exactly what you want to happen when you wake up, what to have for breakfast, lunch, etc.

To live a better, organised life, it's important to have a consistent morning routine. Basically, a morning routine is the practice of regularly doing things in a fixed order every morning.
With a meaningful morning routine, it will help you to start the day off well and have a more productive day, and it will help you feel more in control of the day.

I'm not a morning person. But there are some ways that I trick myself to become a morning person. Since incorporating this habit, I can confirm I have a better life than before.
I have improved in different aspects, such as I am happier, I procrastinate less, I have more time for self-care, and I have improved my performance, even at work.

I'm a massive believer in motivational audiobooks now. Even better, you can be listening to motivational/inspirational audios while doing other things.
For example, the very first step in my morning routine is to drink water, and then I switch on motivational audio in the background. This simple routine has been beneficial as it gets me in the right mindset to have an awesome day.
Previously, I used YouTube and podcasts, but now, I prefer audiobooks as they are a lot more variable in quality than regular youtube videos and podcasts.
You want to listen to people who have quality information rather than just bluff. Personally, I've really liked this one and this one audiobook, since they present a systematic approach to motivation and success in general.

Read real books about self-improvement and personal growth.
As Dr Seuss once wrote, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” Diving into a good book opens up a whole world of knowledge.
Although more and more people now own e-books or have a Kindle, it seems safe to say that real books aren't going anywhere yet.
Whether you prefer Kindle books or old-fashioned books, at the end of the read, the important thing is gaining more knowledge for personal growth and development.

Over the last twenty-something years, I have come to realise it is especially important to walk with the right crew. The right friend can help you grow.

Getting enough quality sleep at the right times plays a vital role in good health: it helps protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety; well-being throughout your life.

Set achievable goals and create and review your goals.
While setting goals, it's important to set realistic goals that you can actually achieve. A better way is to choose goals that are related to your priorities.
You're more likely to achieve your goals if they really matter to you, so before setting a goal, try to picture how they could make your life better. Another thing is weekly review your goals; tracking helps you know how you are getting on.
So realistic create goals, break them in milestones, go for them, review and update them frequently and that's how you achieve your goals.

Journal your thoughts, goals, ideas, and feelings.
I am an addict of journaling things; goals, new ideas, and how I feel pages. What I have come to realise is journaling comes with important benefits.
Here are some: examples increased focus, detaching and letting go of the past, soothing troubled memories, increasing my gratitude, and so much more.
I would say that journaling is one of the most important things to do in life. If done effectively, it will change everything in your life for the better.

Knowledge is very important to your daily life. It helps you grow as a person and enables you to improve yourself for the better.

Revisit Your Goals

Take some time this week to reflect positively on how far you've come, and think about where you want to be—and maybe write down the steps you need to take to get there.
